Service Description
A relaxed, private, fully guided portrait experience for families, couples, generations and pets. Your £45 experience includes: • Pre-shoot planning • A one-hour portrait session • A personal At-Home Portrait Premiere, held online • One 8×10-inch fine-art mounted print There is no obligation to purchase anything additional. Digital images are not included. Optional portrait collections are available to purchase separately. Your £45 is fully credited towards any portrait collection you choose. Optional digital collections start at £250 for five high-resolution digital portraits and one mounted 8×10-inch fine-art print, so the Story Collection is £205 more. Your included print counts towards the prints in your chosen collection. Your date and location are agreed personally with Tung before your booking is added to the diary.
Cancellation Policy
Your booking is confirmed once your £45 payment has been received and Tung has added your agreed session to the diary. Your £45 Portrait Experience includes pre-shoot planning, a private, fully guided one-hour portrait session, a personal At-Home Portrait Premiere held online, and one 8×10-inch fine-art mounted print. Digital images are NOT included in the £45 experience. Optional portrait collections, including digital images, are available to purchase separately. Your £45 is fully credited towards any portrait collection you choose. Optional digital collections start at £250 for five high-resolution digital portraits and one mounted 8×10-inch fine-art print, so the Story Collection is £205 more. Your included print counts towards the prints in your chosen collection. There is no obligation to purchase anything additional. You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the session will receive a full refund. For later cancellations, Tung Tang Studio may deduct reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred, such as venue hire, and refund the remaining balance. Children, newborns and pets can become unwell unexpectedly. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will always handle genuine illness fairly. If Tung Tang Studio needs to cancel, you may choose another date or receive a full refund. Failure to attend without notice may result in the £45 payment being retained to cover direct costs. Late arrival may reduce the available photography time.
