Photography Agreement

I confirm that I am aged 18 or over and that the participant information provided is correct.

I give Tung Tang Studio permission to photograph me and the participants listed above.

For any participant under 18, I confirm that I am their parent/legal guardian or have appropriate authority to give permission.

For adult participants, I confirm that they are aware of the session and have agreed to take part and authorised me to complete this agreement on behalf of the group.

Photographs may be professionally edited and retouched in keeping with the studio’s photographic style.

I give Tung Tang Studio permission to use selected photographs from this session on its website, portfolio, social media, printed promotional materials, editorial features and paid advertising. I do not give permission for identifiable photographs from this session to be used publicly for promotional or portfolio purposes.
