COUPLE & DOG

Their kind of family.

A portrait of a couple would tell only part of their story.
Milos belongs here too.

ALL THREE TOGETHER

Everyone who belongs.

When you look back at a photograph like this, you remember more than how everyone looked. You remember what it felt like to be the three of you.

MILO, ON HIS OWN

Unmistakably Milo.

The expression that makes you laugh. The look you would recognise anywhere. A portrait should bring back the dog you know so well.

ONE AT A TIME

One dog.
Two different bonds.

She has her relationship with Milo; He has his. I wanted space for both, as well as the three of them together.

A PAUSE

At ease with each other.

The portraits I come back to aren't always the liveliest.
There is a different kind of closeness in simply being at ease with one another.

HELD CLOSE

The love you know by heart.

The weight of him in your arms. The warmth of his face against yours. Familiar things now, and so much of what you'll want these photographs to remember.

Him & Her

And a story of their own.

With Milo such a big part of the session, I still wanted him and her to have a portrait that was simply theirs. There is room for both stories.

Make room for your family story.
